Food Sales inside the Buxom Wench Tavern Marquee.
You are invited to apply for a Food Concession for England's Medieval Festival at Herstmonceux Castle.
Sited in the prime location, in front of Herstmonceux Castle, is the Buxom Wench Tavern. A 40 x 100 foot traditional white centre pole marquee houses the food and bar concessions, with each the food and bar concessionaire allocated half the area.
It is also the main evening entertainment location with live
bands each evening. This point of sale has tremendous opportunity to sell hot and cold food to the public during open hours on each of the Festival days and exclusive rights to cater for all participants who use the facilities after hours on the four nights of the long weekend.
A high standard of service, decoration and variety and quality of food is required
(ie. breakfast, lunch and dinner offerings).
The Buxom Wench Tavern food concession is £3,000.00
plus VAT. Payment can also be made by credit card or BACS. The annual Buxom Wench Tavern concessionaire is subject to approval by MGEL, and payment of a deposit does not confirm this approval.
